245.00 g cake flour
3.00 ml sout
10.00 ml baking paper

120.00 ml lemon — juice only

Method:

1. Vrugtelaag: Klop botter en suiker tot lig. Voeg die eiers by en klop goed.
2. Sif die droë bestanddele en voeg by die eiermengsel saam met die heuning en
amandelgeursel. Voeg die res van die bestanddele by en meng goed. Skep in ‘n gesmeerde Prestige 24cm-losboomkoekpan en maak glad.
3. Suurlemoenlaag: Klop botter en suiker tot lig. Voeg die eiers by en meng goed.
4. Sif die droë bestanddele, voeg dit by die mengsel saam met die suurlemoen en suurlemoensap en meng goed. Skep op die vrugtelaag en maak glad. Bak in voorverhitte oond vir een uur of tot ‘n
toetspen skoon uitkom.
5. Versiersel: Sif die versiersuiker en roer dit by die suurlemoensmeer in. Klop die room styf en vou dit by die suurlemonsmeer in. Smeer oor die koek en sit voor.
