Sparkling wine cups

    packet red jelly powder
  • 10
    ice cubes or equal quanity of crushed ice
  • 1
    bottle sparkling wine
  • 50
    Curacao liqueur
  • 50
    icing sugar
  • 680
    soda water


Place jelly crystals in a bowl.
Dip the rims of eight campagne glasses in water, then into the jelly crystals. Set aside.
Crush the ice cubes and place in a large jug.
Stir in sparkling wine, liqueur and icing sugar.
Add soda water and decorate with a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
