ice — cubes
3.00 peaches — quartered
250.00 g cherries — fresh
3.00 mango — sliced
1.00 papaya
250.00 ml apple juice
1.00 Litres pineapple — juice
2.00 cinnamon — stick
750.00 ml ginger ale
1500.00 ml wine — sparkling
fresh mint

Method:

Place ice cubes in a large bowl or a punch bowl. Add quartered peaches, cherries, sliced mangoes, cubed pawpaw, apple juice, pineapple juice, cinnamon sticks and ginger ale. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Add sparkling wine and stir. Add mint leaves. Serve immediately.
