Sparkling fruit punch

  • ice cubes
  • 3
    peaches, quartered
  • 250
    fresh cherries
  • 3
    mangoes, sliced
  • 1
    pawpaw, cubed
  • 250
    apple juice
  • 1
    pineapple juice
  • 2
    cinnamon sticks
  • 750
    bottle dry ginger ale
  • 1500
    sparkling wine, chilled
  • fresh mint leaves


Place ice cubes in a large bowl or a punch bowl. Add quartered peaches, cherries, sliced mangoes, cubed pawpaw, apple juice, pineapple juice, cinnamon sticks and ginger ale. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Add sparkling wine and stir. Add mint leaves. Serve immediately.
