Spanish chicken dish

  • One cooked chicken
  • olive oil
  • 2
    red onions cut in pieces
  • 2
    chorizo sausage cut in pieces
  • 2
    red peppers cut in strips
  • 350
    green beans
  • 2
    tomatoes in a can
  • 200
    pitted olives
  • 4
    garlic cloves
  • 250
    red wine
  • freshly ground pepper and salt


Mix the paprika and olive oil in a bowl. Cut the chicken in 6 portions. Paint the portions with the paprika mixture. Place in big baking tray and cover in red wine. Cover with tinfoil and place in a hot oven for 60 min at 200 degrees C.
