Spaghetti with bacon and butter beans

    back bacon, chopped
  • 2
    onions, finely chopped
  • 2
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 400
    (1 can) chopped tomatoes
  • 400
    butter beans, drained
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2
    rounds feta cheese


Cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions.
Meanwhile stir-fry the bacon, onions and garlic until soft and done.
Add the tomatoes and drained butter beans and simmer until fragrant.
Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Spoon the cooked pasta into bowls, mix with the bacon mixture anc crumble the feta cheese on top.
Season with extra black pepper and serve immediately.
