Spaghetti with baby potatoes

  • 300
    baby potatoes, cut into 3 mm thick slices
  • 300
  • 200
    green beans, cut into pieces
  • 100
    basil pesto
  • olive oil
  • freshly grated Parmesan cheese


Place the potatoes in a large saucepan filled with cold, salted water and bring to the boil.
Add the spaghetti and cook for about 10 minutes.
Add the green beans and cook for another 5 minutes until done but still slightly crisp.
Drain and stir in the basil pesto and olive oil to moisten.
Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
