Ingredients (7)

1.00 onion — finely chopped
150.00 g cabbage — shredded
oil
100.00 g savoury soya mince — tomato flavour
410.00 g sweetcorn — on the cob
410.00 g peas — optional
500.00 ml stock — chicken

Method:

Sauté the onion and cabbage in a little oil until tender. Add the soya mince, sweetcorn and peas, including their liquid. Add the stock, reduce the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the soya mince is tender and done.
Serve hot with rice and chutney.
Serves 4.
