Ingredients (9)

Sauce:
2 eggs
40 ml water
1 cup chilli sauce
1 tsp aromat
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 cloves garlic — cloves, crushed
Dredging mix:
1 cup flour — cake
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Method:

Mix all of the sauce ingredients together, put into a large Ziploc bag and add the chicken and leave it to do it’s thing.

Coat the chicken with the flour mix and deep fry until golden brown
(5 minutes or so) I found it better to fry just a few pieces at once
also turn the heat down a bit after a couple of minutes.

(Enough to coat 12 thighs.)
