Ingredients (8)

2 chicken breast fillets — cooked
1 Tbs mayonnaise
1 Tbs yoghurt — natural
1 tsp tandoori spice — curry mix
1/2 tsp tamarind — paste
1/2 tsp ginger — bottled
paprika — psmoked, pinched
dried chilli flakes — smoked

Method:

Shred the chicken meat very finely.
Mix all the dressing ingredients together.
Fold the shredded chicken into the mix.
Serve with some fresh mango and some pecan nuts for crunchiness. Nuts go well with chicken and add texture with a boost of protein.
Adjust the spices to taste. This version has a slight bite which is nice as you can actually taste
all the different ingredients.
