Ingredients (5)

30.00 ml icing sugar — sifted
250.00 ml crème fraîche
250.00 ml cream cheese
sticky vanilla: vanilla pods, split
150.00 ml wine — dessert
350.00 g castor sugar

Method:

Whip the icing sugar, créme
fraîche and cream cheese together. Serve a dollop in little glasses or on plates drizzled with the sticky vanilla syrup. Sticky vanilla: Place the vanilla pods, wine and sugar in a saucepan. Heat over a low heat until the sugar has
dissolved. Leave to cool down and chill until ready to use.
