Soft and creamy Parmesan and goat’s milk cheese balls

Ingredients (11)

100.00 g parmesan cheese — grated
200.00 g goat's milk cheese
2.00 eggs — beaten
1.00 Tbs fresh Italian parsley — chopped
2.00 Tbs fresh chives — chopped
5.00 ml salt — to taste
100.00 g flour — to dust
1.00 eggs — beaten
100.00 g breadcrumbs
200.00 ml oil — for deep frying
60.00 g jam — grape, to serve

Method:

Mix together cheese, eggs, herbs and salt. Roll into
bitesize balls. Roll in flour, dip in beaten egg and roll in
breadcrumbs. Heat oil over medium heat and deep-fry balls
in batches until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel and
eat straight away. Serve them with grape jam.
