Ingredients (11)

cheese — spread
750.00 ml cheese — sweetmilk, grated
30.00 ml milk — hot
90.00 ml chutney
1.00 avocado
fresh lemon juice — little
1.00 bread — French loaf, sliced diagonally
200.00 g snoek — smoked, flaked
105.00 g mussels — smoked, drained
0.00 lettuce — shredded

Method:

Place the cheese and milk in a food processor to form a puré;e. Heat the chutney and add. Process until smooth, spoon into a dish and leave to cool.
Skin the advocado and slice thinly. Sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent discolouration. Spread slices of bread with the cheese spread and arrange a slice of avocado on top.
Place pieces of snoek, a little shredded lettuce and a mussel on top and secure with a cocktail stick. Chill until before serving.
