Smoked trout gratin

Ingredients

    g
    butter, melted
  • 900
    g
    potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 600
    ml
    sour cream
  • 300
    g
    smoked trout
  • 30
    ml
    chopped fresh dill
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 45
    ml
    freshly grated Parmesan cheese
 

Method

1 hour
 
1. Brush a 25 cm pie dish with half of the melted butter. Layer the potatoes, sour cream, trout and dill, and season to taste. Repeat 3 times, finishing with a layer of potatoes and Parmesan. 2. Drizzle the remaining butter over the top layer and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ºC for 1 hour until golden brown. Serve hot with a crisp green salad.
