Ingredients (7)

200.00 g snoek — smoked, flaked
60.00 ml butter
60.00 ml cream
30.00 ml lemon juice
2.00 ml fresh thyme
0.00 sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
0.00 bread — whole wheat, to serve

Method:

Mash all paté ingredients together or blend in a food processor until smooth.
Spoon into a small serving dish and chill until ready to serve.
Serve with wholewheat bread.
