Ingredients (5)

150.00 g snoek — smoked
12.00 spring roll wrappers
12.00 fresh coriander
10.00 piquanté peppers — cut into thin strips
0.00 sweet chilli sauce

Method:

Slice or break the snoek into 24 thin strips.
Dip a spring roll wrapper in very hot water until just soft.
Place the wrapper on a damp dishtowel.
Place a coriander leaf in the centre and top with two strips of smoke and a few pepper strips.
Fold the left and right sides of the wrapper to the centre and roll it up.
Repeat with the rest of the ingredients.
Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
Cover the parcels with a damp cloth if not used immediately.

HINTS
The parcels can be enjoyed as they are or deep-fried.
