Smoked ham, Cheddar cheese and bitter marmalade on wholewheat

Ingredients (8)

4.00 bread — wholewheat slices, toasted
30.00 ml butter
20.00 ml wholegrain mustard
12.00 ham — smoked, slices
40.00 ml marmalade — bitter
16.00 mature cheddar cheese — sliced
8.00 watercress
olive oil

Method:

Spread wholewheat toast evenly with butter and then with wholegrain mustard. Cover mustard with rolled-up sliced ham, spread fairly thickly with marmalade and top with slices of cheese. Arrange watercress on top. Sprinkle a little olive oil over and serve.
