4.00 slices rye bread, toasted — thick, buttered
2.00 tomatoes — sliced, grilled
105.00 g oysters — smoked
105.00 g sardines — drained
fresh parsley — to garnish
lemon — cut into wedges, to serve

Method:

Top buttered toast with slices of grilled tomato.
Divide drained oysters and sardines among slices of toast and place on tomato slices.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve each open sandwich with a lemon wedge for squeezing over seafood topping.
