Ingredients (9)

800.00 g salmon — fillets
30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
0.00 sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
100.00 g lettuce
100.00 g peas — cooked
24.00 asparagus — cooked
HORSERADISH SAUCE
125.00 ml creamed horseradish
15.00 ml capers — chopped
30.00 ml vinegar — red wine

Method:

Preheat oven to 100 &degC.
Brush the salmon with olive oil and season.
Place the greased baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until the salmon is firm to the touch.
HORSERADISH SAUCE:Mix together the creamed horseradish, capers and vinegar.
To serve, pile salad leaves, peas and asparagus on four plates and top with fish.
Serve with horseradish sauce.
