Slow-roasted onions

  • whole, unpeeled onions
  • olive oil


Drizzle whole, unpeeled onions with olive oil and slow roast in a preheated oven at 170 ºC for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, basting from time to time. When soft, remove from the oven and split open. Sweet, gungy and totally moreish.
