Skewered chops

  • 12
    lamb loin chops
  • prepared marinade of your choice
  • 3
    kebab skewers


Marinate the meat for about 30 minutes in the marinade as described on the packet. Thread 4-6 chops onto a skewer at a time, inserting the skewer through the thick meaty portion of each chop so the fatty sides all face in the same direction. Place on the grill and cook over medium coals until crisp. Remove the chops from the skewers and continue cooking as usual until browned but still pink and juicy on the inside. Serves 4-6.
