Ingredients (7)

rump steak — leftover
lettuce
onions — sliced
baby tomatoes
ina paarman's — Blue Cheese dressing
freshly ground black pepper
bread — to serve

Method:

Slice leftover steak into thin slices and toss it with mixed
salad greens, salad onions and baby tomatoes.
Drizzle
with Ina Paarman Blue cheese salad dressing.
Add a bit of freshly ground
pepper.
Serve with crusty bread.
