Simple salmon

  • 2
    salmon steaks
  • lime or lemon juice
  • salt and milled pepper
  • Noodles
  • 250
    green vegetable noodles
  • handful Italian parsley
  • 1
    red chilli
  • 1
    clove garlic
  • 45
    olive oil
  • 2
    limes, juice (or use a small lemon)
  • salt and milled pepper
  • toasted sesame seeds


Using a very sharp knife, slice salmon on the slant into thin pieces.
Place salmon pieces on a baking tray, drizzle with lemon juice and season.
Place baking tray on the highest oven rack and cook under a preheated grill for 2 minutes.
Remove and cover with foil to keep warm. Rinse cooked noodles with cold water and drain.
Toss noodles with remaining ingredients, except sesame seeds.
Arrange noodles on a plate, top with salmon pieces and sprinkle with seeds.
