Shrimp, kingklip and pasta baked in paper

    olive oil
  • 1
    garlic cloves, crushed
  • one can of chopped tomatoes
  • hand full of basil
  • salt and pepper
  • 200
    raw shrimps
  • 100
    x 2 kingklip


Cook the pasta for 8 min. Make the sauce while the pasta cooks. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry garlic for 30 sec. Add tomato and chicken stock. Let sauce cook open for 10 min add fresh basil. Heat the oven to 200 degrees C. Mix pasta, tomato sauce, fish, and shrimps in mixing bowl. Take two pieces of baking paper, big enough two make two packets. Place on a baking tray, halve the fish and place in middle of paper. Close paper and place in oven for 15 min.
