Ingredients (10)

2.00 salmon — fillets
5.00 ml thai green curry paste
5.00 ml wasabi — paste
30.00 ml mayonnaise — low-fat
5.00 ml cumin — ground
30.00 ml fresh dill — chopped
5.00 ml Chinese five-spice powder
30.00 ml fresh lime juice
0.00 salt and freshly ground black pepper
0.00 fresh dill

Method:

Preheat oven to 200 °C.
Place fish on a baking tray.
Mix the remaining ingredients together and set aside until it’s needed.
To cook, pour mixture over salmon and roast for 7 to 8 minutes.
Garnish with extra dill.
Serve with Basmati rice and green salad.
