Ingredients (11)

500.00 g lamb mince
2.00 onions — chopped
3.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
1.50 cm fresh ginger — grated
1.00 green chilli
4.00 fresh coriander — sprigs
4.00 cardamom — pods
3.00 ml chillies — powder
10.00 ml garam masala
15.00 ml coriander — ground
5.00 ml cumin — ground

Method:

Put the mince in a large bowl, add chopped onions, garlic, ginger, chillies and fresh coriander.
Mix together ingredients for
the dry masala and add to mince; mix in thoroughly.
Take a large handful and form it into a ball.

Line a baking tray with foil and arrange balls on it. Cook under a moderately hot grill, turning occasionally until brown.

Shread on a skewer alternating with baby spinach leaves, and serve on a bed of lettuce.
