Ingredients (14)

100.00 g prawns — peeled and boiled
185.00 g tuna — tinned chunks, drained
2.00 eggs — hard-boiled, sliced
1.00 banana — peeled and sliced
4.00 spring onions — sliced
1.00 avocado
lettuce
1.00 carrots — sliced
2.00 tomatoes — sliced into wedges
1.00 green pepper — sliced
DRESSING
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
40.00 ml oil
1.00 green chilli — chopped
1.00 lemon juice

Method:

1. Arrange salad ingredients on a serving plate. Mix dressing ingredients together and drizzle over salad.
2. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve.
