Ingredients (6)

250.00 g pasta — of your choice
250.00 g button mushrooms
oil
185.00 g tuna — shredded
105.00 g mussels — smoked
500.00 ml white sauce

Method:

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile fry the mushrooms in a little heated oil until done.
Add the tuna, mussels and white sauce and simmer for about 3 minutes.
Serve the sauce with the pasta, together with a green salad and your favourite bread on the side.
Serves 4.
