Ingredients (10)

250.00 g shortcrust pastry
60.00 g cheese — grated
12.00 salami — slices, quartered
20.00 ml fresh chives — chopped
12.00 olives — pitted, quartered
1.00 red pepper — large, julienned
30.00 ml cornflour
350.00 ml milk
4.00 eggs — large, slighly beaten
250.00 ml cheese — grated

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
Roll out the pastry and sprinkle with 60 g cheese. Roll it in.
Line a pie dish with the pastry.
Arrange the salami, chives, olives and red pepper in the shell.
Combine the cornflour and milk, adding the eggs and cheese. Pour into the pastry shell.
Bake in preheated oven until the pastry is golden and filling has set.
Serve hot.
