Ingredients (3)

2.00 bread — slices
250.00 ml milk
quantity sardine filling (see Sardine surprise)
2.00 eggs — extra large, whisked

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Spray a deep, 20 cm ovenproof dish with non-stick spray.
Soak the bread in the milk and leave until most of the milk has been absorbed. Stir and add the sardine filling and eggs. Mix well. Pour into the prepared dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until set. Serve hot with a salad.
Serves 3-4.
