Ingredients (7)

1.00 pepper — green or red, cubed
baby corn
oil
250.00 ml peas — optional
750.00 ml samp — cooked
cayenne pepper
salt

Method:

Sauté the peppers and baby mealies in a little oil until glossy. Add the peas and samp and stir-fry until thoroughly heated. Season with a pinch of cayenne pepper and salt. Serve with lamb potjie with raisins and sour cream (see recipe).
Serves 4.
