Ingredients (13)

750.00 ml pasta — of your choice
0.00 salt
250.00 g bacon
1.00 onion — large, chopped
1.00 green pepper — large, chopped
250.00 g mushrooms — thinly sliced
250.00 g sausages — smoked, thinly sliced
60.00 ml tomato purée
0.00 salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
0.00 sugar — to taste
1.00 soup powder — mushroom
375.00 ml milk
0.00 cheese — grated with breadcrumbs

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 &degC.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until done but firm to the bite.
Meanwhile fry the bacon, onion and green pepper until done.
Add the mushrooms and sausages and fry until done.
Add the tomato pur&eacutee and season with walt, pepper and sugar to taste.
Blend the soup powder and milk and add to the mushroom mixture along with the pasta.
Turn the mixture into an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with salad.
