Savoury muffins

    instant muffin mix
  • 30
  • 250
    lukewarm water
  • 125
    fresh parsley, finely chopped

Preheat the oven to 200 C. Prepare the dough as described on the pack, but do not knead. Grease muffin tin and fill each hollow halfway with the dough. Leave to rise until double in bulk and bake for 15-20 minutes until done. Cool slightly in the tin before turning out. Serve lukewarm with grated cheese, bacon and grilled tomatoes. Makes 12 muffins.
