Ingredients (7)

60.00 g butter
60.00 g cream cheese
30.00 ml milk
250.00 ml flour — self-raising
5.00 ml curry powder
2.00 ml salt
60.00 g grated mature cheddar

Method:

Beat butter, cream cheese and milk together.
Stir in flour, curry powder and salt. Knead until smooth and roll out onto a lightly floured surface.
Use cookie cutters to cut out round shapes and place onto greased baking trays. Brush surface of cookies with a little extra milk and then sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in preheated 180 °C oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
