250.00 g butter — soft
15.00 ml mustard — prepared

Method:

MUSTARD BUTTER
Mix Marmite to taste with soft butter and use as needed.
MARMITE BUTTER
Mix Marmite to taste with soft butter and use as needed.
EGG BUTTER
Add 3 hard-boiled eggs, pressed through a sieve, to 250 g soft butter and season with a dash of Worcestershire or Tabasco sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
SANDWICH SPREAD
Use sandwich spread on it’s own or with other toppings.
