BASIC DOUGH
180.00 g flour — cake
5.00 ml Baking powder
2.00 ml salt
125.00 g butter
30.00 ml parmesan cheese — grated
125.00 g cheddar cheese — grated
15.00 ml lemon juice

Method:

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl and rub in the butter and cheeses. Add lemon juice to form a soft dough. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 3 hours. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
Makes ±60 biscuits
Oven temperature: 180 ºC
Baking time: 15 minutes
