Sausage and pasta omelette

Ingredients (8)

200.00 g pasta — shells, uncooked
6.00 fresh chives — chopped
4.00 sausages — Russian, sliced
100.00 g peas — fresh
salt and freshly ground black pepper
5.00 eggs — large, beaten
45.00 ml milk
5.00 ml cumin — ground

Method:

Cook the pasta in rapidly boiling salted water until done. Drain well and set aside.
Fry the chives and Russian sausages in a little oil until the sausages are done. Add the peas and pasta and stir-fry for another minute. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix the remaining ingredients, season with salt and pepper and pour over the sausage mixture. Cover and heat until the egg mixture has set.
Cut into slices and serve.
Serves 6.
