Saucy orange pudding

    small can Nestlé Ideal Evaporated Milk

    orange (juice and zest)

Preheat oven to 190 ºC. Beat butter, 140 ml castor sugar and eggs together until light. Fold in 25 ml evaporated milk, the flour and the orange zest. Spoon into a greased 2-litre ovenproof dish. Heat remaining evaporated milk until boiling. Mix orange juice, remaining sugar and cornflour together. Mix into the hot milk. Pour over pudding mixture. Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Dust with icing sugar and serve warm. Serves 4-6.
