Ingredients (8)

100.00 ml chutney
375.00 ml butter
10.00 ml Worcestershire sauce
10.00 ml oil
65.00 ml jam — apricot
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
75.00 ml lemon juice
1.00 snoek

Method:

Heat all the ingredients together, except the lemon juice, and bring to the boil. Remove from heat, stir in the lemon juice and brush the snoek with the sauce while it’s braaiing.
