    samp
  • 250
    ml
    sugar beans
  • 5
    ml
    Salt to taste
  • 800
    ml
    water
  • 125
    ml
    milk or cream
  • 60
    ml
    butter
 

Method

1. Cook samp and beans in salted water until soft (approx 3 hours)
2. Add milk or cream and butter, and cook until liquid is absorbed.
3. Serve hot.
