Ingredients (7)

3.00 garlic — cloves
60.00 ml fresh parsley
60.00 ml dried mixed herbs — basil, oregano, marjoram
100.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
45.00 ml lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper
5.00 ml sugar

Method:

1. Place chopped herbs, garlic and salt in food processor; purée.
2. While the motor is running, gradually add the oil and lemon juice until thick.
3. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
