Ingredients (6)

1.00 red chilli — deseeded and chopped
65.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
3.00 peaches — wedges
12.00 smoked salmon — sliced
2.00 mozzarella cheese — fresh ball

Method:

1. Mix the chilli with olive oil
and set aside.
2. Take a peach wedge and a mozzarella chunk, wrap a slice of salmon around the two; or place the salmon and
mozzarella on top of the stoned peach.
3. Place peach parcels on a serving platter and drizzle with chilli oil just before serving.
