Ingredients (6)

100.00 g salmon — smoked, sliced
100.00 ml cream — chilled
1.00 lemon juice
5.00 ml horseradish sauce — red
freshly ground black pepper
fresh chives

Method:

Trim the sides of the salmon slices and chop the leftovers.
Whip the cream and lemon juice until stiff, season with the horseradish sauce and a little pepper. Add the chopped salmon pieces, spoon a little of the mixture on the salmon slices and fold to make parcels.
Secure with chive stems.
