Salmon and dill pasta sauce

  • 200
    smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • 250
    fresh cream
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • squeeze fresh lemon juice
  • dill
  • pink tagliatelle


Heat the cream in a pan and add the salmon. Cook until cream starts to thicken. Add chopped dill just before serving with cooked pink tagliatelle.
