Salm met bronkors

    groot aartappels
  • 1
    blik keker-ertjies (chick-peas)
  • 4
    porsies salm
  • olyfolie
  • bronkors (watercress)


Skil 4 groot aartappels en kook in soutwater tot gaar. Druk aartappels stukkend. Dreineer 1 blik keker-ertjies, druk stukkend, meng saam met aartappels en geur. Geur 4 porsies salm met sout en gemaalde swartpeper en bedruip met olyfolie. Plaas salm op 'n bakplaat en rooster onder element vir 5-10 minute of tot gaar. Skep 'n lepel vol van die aartappelmengsel op 'n bord, plaas salm bo-op aartappels en garneer met 'n hand vol bronkors.
