125.00 g bacon — rashers, sliced, fried
6.00 pears — dried, strips
0.00 basic vinaigrette — GROUPING
0.00 pecan nuts — chopped or toasted sunflower seeds

Method:

Arrange the salad leaves on a serving platter and stack the fried bacon and pears on top.
Drizzle with a little dressing and scatter the pecan nuts or
sunflower seeds on top just before serving.
Serve the remaining dressing on the side.
