Rye bread with feta, celery and walnuts

  • soft butter
  • 1
    loaf rye bread, sliced
  • 225
    feta cheese with black pepper
  • 4
    stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 65
    walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • fresh spring onions for garnishing


Lightly butter the slices of bread. Blend all the remaining ingredients, except the spring onions, and spoon on top of the slices of bread. Sprinkle with the chopped spring onions and serve. Makes 12 open sandwiches.
