Preheat the oven to 220 ºC (425 ºF).
Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray or grease well.
Prepare the scone dough as described in the basic recipe.
Shape the dough into a round, 2 cm-thick loaf.
Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Divide the round loaf into segments with a knife.
Sprinkle different seeds into each segment.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until done and golden brown. Serve hot with butter.
Makes a small loaf.
