Ingredients (10)

1.00 bread — oval loaf
butter
6.00 ham — diced
2.00 eggs — extra large, hard-boiled, sliced
cucumber — quartered, sliced
1.00 yellow pepper — diced
1.00 onion — small, chopped
8.00 olives — black or green, halved
25.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
25.00 ml vinegar — balsamic

Method:

Slice off the top of the round loaf, and hollow out and butter the inside of the loaf.
Mix the ham, eggs, cucumber, pepper, onion and olives in a mixing bowl.
Blend the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle over the ham mixture.
Spoon the filling into the hollowed out loaf.
Return the lid and secure with a piece of string if desired. Cut into slices.
