Roti wrapped with spicy chicken pieces and avo

    red curry paste
  • 4
    chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced
  • 250
    readymade soy and honey sauce
  • 4
    warmed rotis
  • 1
    avocado, cubed
  • fresh coriander and natural yoghurt to serve


Heat curry paste in a frying pan. Add chicken pieces and fry very quickly. Add soy and honey sauce and warm through. Add the avocado. Serve a spoonful of chicken with a roti, a dollop of yoghurt and loads of fresh coriander. Roll up and let the juices run.
