Ingredients (6)

20.00 ml curry paste — red
4.00 chicken breast fillets — thinly sliced
250.00 ml honey and soya marinade — ready-made
4.00 roti — warmed
1.00 avocado — peeled and cubed
fresh coriander — and yoghurt, to serve

Method:

Heat curry paste in a frying pan. Add chicken pieces and fry very quickly. Add soy and honey sauce and warm through. Add the avocado.
Serve a spoonful of chicken with a roti, a dollop of yoghurt and loads of fresh coriander. Roll up and let the juices run.
