  • 4
    medium potatoes
  • 25
  • salt
  • pepper


Peel the potatoes and grate coarsely. Heat the butter in a fairly large pan and add the grated potatoes. Press down to form a cake and fry for a few minutes. Carefully turn the potato cake over and fry on the other side over medium heat until done. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately. Serves 2.
